Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez’s custody battle continues. Olivier claims their 13-year-old son, Maceo, wants to ‘speak with the court’ himself at the Oct. 16 hearing to tell his side of the story. Olivier claims Maceo took a photo of Halle looking visibly upset moments after an alleged choking incident, which prompted the legal proceedings. Halle denies all allegations of abuse and filed her own response, arguing the photo shows her ‘standing calmly,' and calling out that no photos corroborate Maceo being injured or evidence of strangulation. Halle is ‘vehemently against’ Maceo testifying in court, claiming his testimony would be influenced by coaching and manipulation and could ‘force him to choose sides in a conflict he is not emotionally equipped to navigate.’ Halle asks the court to reinstate their 50/50 custody schedule.
