Caught! Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Hold Hands Backstage at MTV Movie Awards

Guard your hearts, Twi-hards! Thanks to the MTV Movie Awards backstage cam, we might finally have an answer to the "are they, aren't they?" question on everybody's minds.  

Although the rumored couple has never confirmed their romance publicly, the 'Twilight Saga: Eclipse' co-stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were spotted holding hands backstage after picking up one of multiple awards they won during last night's MTV Movie Awards ceremony, and broadcast for the whole world to see.
