Batman has gone through a lot of changes in his long history, and his iconic vehicle, the Batmobile, has changed just as frequently.

Now, you can see basically every form the Batmobile has taken since the comic was first adapted for the screen in 1966 -- when Adam West was the legendary caped crusader -- thanks to the awesome folks at mmtoolparts.com, who created this amazing morphing gif.
According to one of the creators in an interview with The Huffington Post, the final image in the evolution -- which is the Batmobile that Ben Affleck will be driving when he dons the cape in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice -- required an artist’s rending which was extrapolated based on the few leaked production photos.
