Buzz Makers this week included the crowning of Alyssa Campanella as Miss USA, the tragic death of 'Jackass' star Ryan Dunn, the break up between George Clooney and longtime girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis, and Amy Fisher's drastic physical transformation.

On Wednesday, George Clooney and longtime girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis made headlines when they announced their separation. "We are not together anymore," the couple stated. "It's very difficult and very personal and we hope everyone can respect our privacy." The couple had been together since July 2009.

Most recently, Amy Fisher has turned heads as a result of her considerably altered physical appearance. She has recently returned to the spotlight after joining the cast of "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" in its fifth season. Nevertheless, she remains convinced that she does not have a problem with addiction. "I don't need rehab," said Amy. "But I think I made for an interesting cast member."

Alyssa Campanella, the 21-year-old representing California, was crowned Miss USA Sunday night at the Planet Hollywood Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. Miss Tennessee (Ashley Durham) came in second, Miss Alabama (Madeline Mitchell) was third, and Miss Texas (Ana Christina Rodriguez) was fourth.

Ryan Dunn, the 35-year-old Jackass star, and another passenger were killed in a car crash in Pennsylvania early Monday morning. Dunn was the driver of the 2007 Porsche 911 GT3, which reportedly drove off the road and crashed into a tree.
