ET can confirm that the singer was sentenced to three years probation and a day in Los Angeles County jail, but will not have to serve time, as he gets credit for time served.
Brown reportedly failed a field sobriety test on March 26 after a California Highway Patrol officer pulled him over for talking on his cell phone.
A conviction could have called for a maximum of one year in county jail, according to the LA Times.
