"He was my first love — five years we were together," Aniston said of the unnamed former boyfriend who, she also explained, later died of a brain tumor.

"He would have been the one. But I was 25, and I was stupid. He must have sent me Justin to make up for it all," Aniston added, referring to her current fiance, Leftovers star Justin Theroux.

Recently Aniston opened up on CBS Sunday Morning about her highly publicized divorce from Pitt, telling interviewer Lee Cowan, "I don't find it painful… I think it's a narrative that follows you because it's an interesting headline. It's more of a media-driven topic."
