But that's not all that turned heads -- look closely at FKA's leg, which appears to have a pink cartoon penis drawn on it.

The 27-year-old British singer wore a Christopher Kane creation -- which is now sure to be one of the most talked-about dresses of the night -- while the 28-year-old Dior spokesman was dapper in a black-and-white suit. The event marks the first time the two have walked a red carpet together as a couple.
In early April, T-Pain surprisingly let it slip that the couple was engaged in an interview with Vulture. Though he later claimed it was an April Fools' joke, People reported that the two were in fact taking the next step in their relationship, and FKA flashed what appears to be her engagement ring in a steamy Instagram shot by her stylist last week.
