Reese Witherspoon Launches Lifestyle Website, Pricy Items Sell Out Within Hours

Reese Witherspoon is coming for Goop and Preserve.

Move over Gwyneth Paltrow and Blake Lively!

Fellow blonde actress Reese Witherspoon just launched her own lifestyle website called Draper James -- inspired by her Southern roots -- and it's already a hit. The 39-year-old Oscar winner is selling everything from women's clothing and accessories, jewelry, to home decor and stationary.

Draper James comes from the combination of her grandparents' names, Dorothea Draper and William James Witherspoon.

"I created Draper James to honor my past and allow others to embrace the beauty, style and excitement that embodies what is happening in the South today," Reese says.

She excitedly tweeted about her website on Wednesday. "It's here y'all!!!!" she wrote, along with a video of her browsing through the clothing.

The flower-print shirt she's wearing in the video, called the "Nashville Shirt," retails for $175 and is already sold out. Another popular item – the $325 leather "Derby Bag" -- is also sold out in both colors.

"The South is a very lively, stylish place," Reese says about her inspiration. "Southern girls also love treasured family heirlooms. For instance, my mother gave me her own pearl earrings and I cherish them. There is no replacement for something that reminds you of your upbringing. I also use my grandmother's china every day."

But how will Martha Stewart, the original lifestyle guru, react to Reese's new venture? We already know her candid thoughts on Goop, which she had no issue expressing last September to Porter magazine.

"She just needs to be quiet," Stewart said of Gwyneth. "She's a movie star. If she were confident in her acting, she wouldn't be trying to be Martha Stewart."
