Adrienne Bailon has called off her seven-month engagement to fiance Lenny Santiago after having, what she calls, an "Eat, Pray, Love journey."

"I'm not engaged anymore," the former Cheetah Girls singer announced on The Real Wednesday morning. "We're in a good place. It's not an 'awww' thing, I promise you."

Bailon, 31, and the Roc Nation exec dated for six years before getting engaged in February. "It was a hard decision to make when you're with somebody for such a long time," she said while seated next to her female co-hosts. "I think, as women, we have a hard time with change. It was hard for me."

Hoping to offer some comfort to anyone going through something similar, Bailon added, "You have to be true to yourself, you have to be honest with yourself."
