The Oscar winner looked chic, rocking a floral-print ensemble, and was spotted chatting with her former husband on the deck of the boat, which was docked at a port in Cannes.
Paltrow spent some time getting her hair done by a couple of stylists, before disembarking with a friend.
Meanwhile, the Coldplay frontman spent his day hanging out with his young son. The pair enjoyed their idyllic afternoon playing around on an inflatable slide.
