What would happen if Elle Woods met Khaleesi? On Thursday night, fans found out… sort of. Reese Witherspoon and Emilia Clarke both hit the red carpet at the 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards, and the two ladies quickly noticed they were wearing matching ensembles.
Witherspoon, 41, rocked a black Prada dress with silver polka dots and embellishments. Clarke, 31, wore a similar Dolce & Gabbana dress with slightly larger silver polka dots.
Noticing the twin looks, the actresses quickly posed together, sparking lots of laughs between them.
The Big Little Lies star and executive producer had a great night as her show took home awards in the Best Limited Series, Best Actress, Best Actor, and Best Supporting Actress categories.
Though Witherspoon lost out to her co-star Nicole Kidman for the actress award, she was clearly thrilled with how the evening turned out. She even celebrated with her co-star, Laura Dern, on the carpet, as they called out to one another in between poses.
