'Riverdale' Star Lili Reinhart Mourns Death of Her Grandmother
Riverdale star Lili Reinhart is mourning the death of her grandmother.
The 21-year-old actress shared the news on Instagram on Tuesday with a sweet post accompanied by a black-and-white photo.
“My Nana went to heaven this morning,” wrote the Cleveland, Ohio, native, who plays Betty Cooper on the popular CW series. “I’m heartbroken. Speechless. All I can say right now is how loved she was by her entire family.”
“We will miss her more than words can say,” she added.
The young star’s mom, Amy Reinhart, also appeared to acknowledge the sad loss on Instagram, sharing a poem titled Embracing Hope.
“I struggle some, but I will cope; For I will be embracing hope; That brings me peace and lets me see; You are not gone, you live in me,” reads the final part of the touching poem.
