'Tamar & Vince': Tamar Braxton Admits Her Days Are Better When Vincent Herbert Isn’t Around (Exclusive)

The couple’s bond continues to weaken in ET’s sneak peek.

Tamar Braxton is coming to terms with the problems in her marriage on Tamar & Vince.

ET has your exclusive first look at this week’s all-new episode of the WE tv hit, which finds Tamar seeking counsel about her marriage from her father, Michael Braxton. Tamar tells her dad she just can’t handle doing everything with her husband, Vincent Herbert, anymore. She needs a break.

“I just need to create some boundaries,” she says. “Everything is a blurred line. There’s nothing that separates anything. It’s not like, this is the marriage, this is the, you know, parental side of it, this is the work side of it, this is the fun side of it.”

“He can’t be your husband, your manager, your best friend, your baby daddy and all that,” Michael replies.

“It’s just like, oh my god,” Tamar laments. “I’m up under you every day. Every day! Like, I love you, but do I have to see this face 24 hours a day? Like, come on. If I go off and go to work and come back home and he’s not there, my day is better when I get home.”

Of course, Tamar filed for divorce from Vince earlier this year, after more than a decade together. Before the split, the “Bluebird of Happiness” singer told ET she was willing to walk away from her recording career in order to save her marriage.

“There are a lot of things that I want to do, and a lot of things that are in the works,” she said in September. “There's a lot of things that are going on in my relationship and me being close to this music industry, and whatever I can do to eliminate all of the stress and problems off of my relationship, I would rather do that.”

Stay tuned to Tamar & Vince every Thursday at 9 p.m. ET on WE tv to get more insight into Tamar’s decision to end her marriage. For more on the couple’s split, check out the links and video below.
