Despite losing original partner Derek Hough for the week due to injury, Shawn Johnson (with temporary replacement Mark Ballas) took home the only perfect score of the night tonight on Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars.

The former partners (and season eight champs) took to the floor for Monday's Dance Fusion challenge with their Tango/ Paso Doble routine, which earned them three tens and rave reviews from judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman and Bruno Tonioli.

Rounding out the middle, Cheryl Burke and Emmitt Smith took in a strong 27.5 points (8.5, 9.5, 9.5) for their Samba/ Rhumba. Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy's Foxtrot/Cha Cha Cha earned 27 points (9,9,9) to tie with a very shirtless Apolo Anton Ohno and Karina Smirnoff who performed a Paso Doble/Cha Cha Cha hybrid (9,9,9).

In last, Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerkovskiy debuted a Quickstep/ Samba routine for 24 points (8, 8, 8).

Afterwards, the final seven then took to the floor once again for a chance at scoring ten extra points in the Swing Dance challenge. This time, Melissa and Tony came out on top, securing ten more points tonight. Kelly and Val left the challenge with nine, Shawn and Mark with eight, Cheryl and Emmitt with seven, Apolo and Karina with six, Gilles and Peta with five and Kirstie and Maksim with four.

While we'll have to wait another week for the results show, it has been confirmed that Derek will indeed return as Shawn's partner for future shows. The pro-dancer gave the happy news on-air that he has healed from his injuries and is well enough to perform.

DWTS returns next Tuesday at 8pm on ABC.
