In a surprising turn of events,
Derek Hough will. The veteran return to the show DWTS pro will be dancing with Olympic gold medalist Nastia Liukin. Hough is currently performing in a show in New York, while Liukin is a student in the Big Apple. The partners will fly back and forth to Los Angeles for the competition.
