The couple showcase their chemistry in a new YouTube video.
Arnold Schwarzenegger is bonding with his longtime girlfriend over fitness! The 76-year-old action star praised the 49-year-old physical therapist in a new YouTube video.
"Heather Milligan is not only my girlfriend, but she's also a great, if not, the best physical therapist in the world," Schwarzenegger gushes in the new clip. "That's actually how we met. She fixed my shoulder."
The former bodybuilder then asks Milligan to show some moves that will help athletes and those looking to stay in shape protect their knees and joints while training.
"I've been having knee problems my whole life," Schwarzenegger admits. "From all the squatting and from the skiing and running and jogging and all those kind of things. So, she's the expert in that."
At one point, Schwarzenegger demonstrates a wall sit, pulling his shorts up to display his toned thighs.
"Oh! Showing us your legs, that's impressive," Milligian quips as she checks the Terminator star for his technique.
The couple, who first met in 2012 following Schwarzenegger's shoulder surgery, have been supporting one another for years.
According to People, they were first romantically linked in 2013, two years after his split from ex-wife Maria Shriver and following the news of his affair with his housekeeper, Mildred Baena. The affair, which made headline news, produced Schwarzenegger's son, Joseph Baena, now 26, who is a bodybuilder himself.
Schwarzenegger also shares four children with Shriver — Katherine, 34, Christina, 32, Patrick, 30, and Christopher, 26.
Milligan regularly shares photos of Schwarzenegger and his menagerie of animals on her Instagram account.
"We have so many things in common," Schwarzenegger previously told People of his longtime girlfriend. "I think the world of her. I love that she's into working. She's clearly independent. She just is driven as hell."
