The former 'Chelsea' host hasn't been shy about sharing her vices.

Chelsea Handler is opening up about how she kicked an old habit.

The 43-year-old comedienne took to Instagram on Thursday to share a throwback photo of herself looking back on the time she was "young and thought smoking was cool." In her post, Handler revealed that she quit smoking years ago, with the help of hypnotist Kerry Gaynor.

"#fbt to a time when I was young and thought smoking was cool. I finally quit when I got hypnotized by Kerry Gaynor. Haven’t smoked one cigarette since," Handler wrote. "If you are trying to quit, look him up."

"It’s so much cooler not to smell like smoke," she added. "Happy Thursday!"

Handler opened up about her former smoking habit in 2012, on an episode of WTF with Marc Maron, confessing that she once paid $500 to have a pack of cigarettes delivered to her doorstep.

"I smoke sometimes when I drink," she said. "I like to smoke when I drink so I only drink a couple nights a week, actually."

The former Chelsea host hasn't been shy about discussing vices -- or her personal life. In 2016, she revealed that she was celibate for a whole year, and during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show last November, she said "a little sex here and there is not even interesting to me anymore."

“I need to be really interested, there are too many things going on in the world that I want to be focused on. You would have to be really fantastic to get me to lose my focus,” she said, adding that she is on dating apps.

“I’m trying to see if, like, do I still even like sex,” she shared. “I mean, I don’t think about it a lot. So, I was worried maybe I forgot about it.”
