Amal and George Clooney's Best Red Carpet Moments

Just days before they were married in 2014, Amal donned this stunning Dolce & Gabbana strapless black gown to the Celebrity Fight Night event in Florence, Italy. George, who also wore D&G, declared his love for Amal in a speech that night, saying, "In closing, I would just like to say -- to my bride-to-be Amal -- that I love you very much, and I can't wait to be your husband." Aww! 

Amal walked down a carpet of a different kind when she married George in a 2014 private ceremony in Venice, Italy. Like every other occasion, Amal did it in style -- this time in a custom cream, French lace Oscar de la Renta gown on the day, as well as several other high-fashion looks across the weekend. 

Amal caused a stir in 2015 when she wore white opera gloves while attending her first Golden Globes with George. Not an easy look to pull off, but as an accessory to the single-shouldered black Dior gown, the new Mrs. Clooney proved she had the fashion chops to do it. For his part, George looked dapper as ever in his tux, and he paid loving tribute to his wife while accepting the Cecil B. DeMille Award later that night. “Amal, whatever alchemy it is that brought us together, I couldn’t be more proud to be your husband," he said.

Amal made her Met Gala debut in 2015, embodying the 'China: Through the Looking Glass' theme in this stunning custom John Galliano for Maison Margiela gown. We can't wait to see what she wears as co-chair this year! 

Amal showed off her legs in this peachy Roland Mouret mini at the 2015 Los Angeles premiere of the Sandra Bullock film, Our Brand Is Crisis. She paired the dress with gold shoes and a gold-accented clutch. 

Pictured here in 2016 at the Los Angeles premiere of George's movie, Hail Caesar!, Amal shone in a cream, flared Giambattista Valli mini with crimson flower detailing. Speaking with ET at the event, the 56-year-old actor praised his wife for her red carpet poise. "She does very well with that," he said. "It's hard to do." 

Amal opted for this slim black vintage Yves Saint Laurent gown in tulle and sequins for her appearance at the 66th Berlinale for that festival's premiere of Suburbicon in February 2016. George echoed her look in his own all-black suit. 

All eyes were on Amal when she made her Cannes Film Festival debut in 2016. But far from looking like a novice, Amal turned heads in this one-shouldered, lemon, grecian gown with a thigh-high split from Atelier Versace. 

It's not quite the red carpet, but Amal wore this cute Dolce & Gabbana floral mini to a screening of Netflix's Syria documentary, The White Helmets, back in January 2017. Amal was a few months' pregnant at the time, but would not make the news public until the next month. 

Amal revealed her baby bump at the 2017 Cesar Awards in Paris, wearing this stunning white Atelier Versace gown, featuring a gently flared, feathered skirt with a blue dyed gradient. The couple had revealed they were expecting twins just a few weeks earlier. 

Three months after giving birth to twins, Alexander and Ella, Amal wore this gorgeous lilac chiffon Versace gown to the Suburbicon premiere at the Venice Film Festival in 2017. She accessorized with teardrop earrings and George Clooney, in a classic tux. 

Amal brought her mother, Baria Alamuddin, along to the Los Angeles premiere of Suburbicon in 2017. She wore this strapless Bill Blass gown featuring a blue bodice and geometric patterning, accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz earrings. 

It's no surprise that Amal, one of this year's Met Gala co-chairs, looked incredible at the star-studded fete in May -- and her hubby didn't look too shabby, either!

It may have been Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's big day, but Amal and George nearly stole the show, looking like royalty themselves as they made their way into Windsor Castle for the ceremony on May 19.
