The 'Just Go With It' co-stars reunite in a new Netflix action-comedy.

Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler are back together on screen -- and running for their lives!

The Just Go With It stars are reuniting for a new Netflix action-comedy, Murder Mystery, in which they play a married couple, Nick and Audrey, who find themselves wrapped up in an international incident while on their long-overdue honeymoon.

The trailer, released on Friday, kicks off with Audrey meeting a handsome stranger, Charles (Luke Evans), on the couple's flight to Italy. "We've actually been married for 15 years, we've just been very, very, very busy," she explains of their belated vacation. However, things take a turn when Charles invites the couple onto his luxury yacht, where someone ends up murdered and the other high-profile guests try to pin the crime on Nick, a police detective, and Audrey, a murder mystery-loving salon worker.

"It's just like Death in the Library!" Audrey exclaims as the pair flee during an intense shootout.

"What happens in Death in the Library?" her husband asks.

"They died!" she admits. "That's why it's called Death in the Library!"

Sander was a guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday, where he debuted the trailer and opened up about shooting the film with Aniston on location in Italy.

"Every time I'm with Jennifer, something great happens, because everybody loves Jennifer," he said, joking, "I tend to stay at home and do nothing, and my wife is going, 'Why didn't I marry Aniston? Why am I stuck with you, man?'"

The pair filmed part of the movie in Lake Como, where George and Amal Clooney have a home, and Sandler told DeGeneres that he and Aniston spent a star-studded evening at their famous friends' house.

"Him and his wife and all these nice people were there and they invited Jen and me," he recalled of the Clooneys' hospitality. "We went over to their house and they made us homemade pizza. I sat next to Bono, it was a good day."

Murder Mystery is streaming on Netflix on June 14.
