Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel Do Occasional Therapy Check-Ins and 'Have Each Other's Backs,' Source Says

The couple has been married since 2012.

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have tunnel vison when it comes to making their longtime love work!

"Things are going well between Justin and Jess," a source tells ET. "She is busy with her own projects and he has been there for her. They have each other's back and are each other's biggest fans when it comes to their careers."

Outside of their busy schedules, the source adds that the "Selfish" singer and the actress are constantly checking in via FaceTime when they are apart, and have sessions with a therapist to "check in."

"They make sure to have a good balance and occasionally will see a therapist for a check in," the source adds. "Justin is always making Jessica laugh and is a great husband. He worships her."

Family time is important to the pair, who share sons Silas, 8, and Phineas, 2.

"Justin and Jess love to have date nights and also love to sit around, watch movies, and be together as a family at home," the source adds. "They have so much fun with Silas and Phineas and their boys are the best thing that ever happened to them."

Timberlake, 43, is focusing on his new music, and has his wife's support. Before heading on tour, he's planning something for her birthday in March.

"Justin has been planning a surprise for her birthday," the source shares. "He specifically wanted his tour to begin after her birthday and he's focused on family time before it starts. Jess hopes she can join Justin on some of his tour. She loves his new music and they are always playing it for the kids and in the house. She wants him to be happy and has been encouraging him to do this. She loves to support Justin and cheer him on."

Timberlake ushered in a new era of music last month, with the release of his first single in six years, album and tour announcement. Biel was by his side for his big birthday show in New York City, where she presented him with a cake.

The "Like I Love You" singer is celebrating his new music and getting ready for his Forget Tomorrow World Tour.

"Justin loves releasing new music and is so excited to be performing again. He really missed it and this has been in the works for a long time," the source says. "He loves his fans and the energy he gets from being onstage. He gets so much love, especially from his older fans who have been there with him since he first started."
