Kane Brown can do no wrong.
The 25-year old singer recently released a catchy Spanish-language remix of his hit single, "Lost in the Middle of Nowhere," featuring urban singer and actress Becky G. This marks the first time Brown sings in Spanish and his sweet accent is everything.
"It's just another cool way to get out there in front of different fans," Brown told ET's Sophie Schillaci on Saturday, ahead of his ACM performance. The music video for the remix has over six million views since it premiered two weeks ago.
"It was awesome because I got to challenge myself and luckily my photographer is from Spain, so he taught me everything," he continued. "It's awesome. I keep getting tagged in videos from Germany, where they’re listening to it and [places] where, like, my music wouldn’t normally reach."
ET also caught up with Becky G last year, where she gushed about Brown and admitted to being a bit nervous about stepping into the country music genre.
"I think as an artist, especially in this day and age, there's mixed emotions," Becky said. “There's definitely this creative freedom, that I feel very liberated by... why do we have to be put into boxes? But at the same time, you're like, 'Am I going to be accepted in this genre? Am I going to be accepted by this community or this audience of fans?'"
"It's been so amazing, because Kane himself, when you look at how he grew up and then how he became an artist and the music that he's been making, we have so much in common as far as being new faces to the scene," she continued. "I was so excited about the collaboration, not just because I was a fan of music, but because of him. I was a great fan of him."
Later this month, the “Green Light Go” singer will be performing at the Billboard Latin Music Awards. For more on Becky G, watch the video below.
