A source tells ET that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have traveled outside the country to spend some quality time with each other and their kids. The family’s getaway comes on the heels of Kim’s emotional trip to visit Kanye in Wyoming, in the wake of his controversial political rally in South Carolina and string of now-deleted tweets about Kim’s famous family. Meanwhile, Kim’s younger sister Khloe is also in the news for her relationship with Tristan Thompson. A source confirms to ET the on-and-off couple is officially back together.
