Raven-Symoné chats with ET's Kevin Frazier at the grand opening of the Rhimes Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles, which also serves as the new home for the Debbie Allen Dance Academy. The actress shares her thoughts on Florida's Governor signing into law a controversial piece of legislation, called the “Don’t Say Gay” bill. The bill is aimed at restricting schools from teaching students in kindergarten through third grade about sexual orientation and gender issues.
