$49 million richer, to be exact!

A U.S. District Judge recently ruled that E. Pierce Marshall and his lawyers, who fought Anna Nicole bitterly for the rights to their father (and her husband) J. Howard Marshall's estate, engaged in massive discovery abuse—behavior that could eventually warrant a huge payout for the child.

Phil Boesch, the lawyer for Anna Nicole's estate, revealed to ET his elation with the ruling.

"She's not here to see it but for the benefit of her daughter," he remarked. "It's a complete vindication."
