Lamar Odom Pleads Not Guilty to D.U.I.

Lamar Odom has pled not guilty a D.U.I. charge linked to his August arrest, according to E! News

The basketball star and husband of reality TV celebrity Khloé Kardashian did not appear in court on Wednesday, but his lawyer, Richard Hutton, entered the plea on his behalf at the Van Nuys Courthouse.

According to the police report, Odom was arrested in the wee hours of August 30 after his car was seen weaving on the freeway. The report states that the 33-year-old displayed "objective signs of intoxication and was unable to perform field sobriety tests as explained and demonstrated."

The police report also asserts that Odom refused to take any chemical tests after his arrest.
