In the audio obtained by ET, a customer tells the operator that she fled the tanning salon when she saw The Situation and his brother Frank in a tussle.
She went on to say that a UPS worker claimed that the brothers sounded like they were "bouncing off the walls" from next door.
The former Jersey Shore star, 31, was arrested after the altercation and processed. He was later spotted walking out of the police station after reportedly posting a $500 bond.
The Situation has a new reality show for TV Guide Network called The Sorrentinos, which will follow his family as they try to run a tanning salon and support Sorrentino's sobriety. The Sorrentinos debuts July 15.
