The "Shake It" singer channeled Mia Farrow's Great Gatsby look from People magazine's inaugural 1974 issue for the publication's 40th anniversary issue -- and she nails it.

While Swift is biting a pair of pearls while giving a seductive expression, she again insists that she's not in the market for a man. "I made the decision to spend time on my own and figure out who I am," the 24-year-old said. "When you take the other person out of the scenario and you're walking through life on your own, you end up figuring out what you actually like without anyone else's input."


The singer has a long list
of famous men she's been romantically involved with over the years (Joe Jonas, Jake Gyllenhaal, John Mayer...), but those days seem to be behind her. "I'm not too worried about whether I meet someone," she revealed. "I'm going to be happy either way."
