Rosie O'Donnell Slams Stephen Collins for Sexual Misconduct with Underage Girls
'The View' co-host calls out the '7th Heaven' star in a new, poem-like blog post.
Rosie O'Donnell didn't hold back when lashing out at her former friend Stephen Collins just a week after he confessed to being sexually inappropriate with underage girls.
In a lengthy, poem-like blog post, The View co-host slams the 7th Heaven star for his "casual lack of accountability" when confessing to his sexual misconduct in a 20/20 interview and during a sit-down with Yahoo's Katie Couric. "U are not equals/ she was an innocent child/ a baby girl," O'Donnell writes. "U have a daughter for god's sake/ were u able to resist the urge to touch her ?/ how noble."

The 52-year-old entertainer goes on to recount her own experience with sexual abuse as a child that she says gave her body image issues. "Sex is not fun not now/ not ever/ it is married to a lingering terror/ joy evaporated," her blog post reads. "My body became my enemy/ i would not love it/ take care of it/ treat it well."
She continues, "It had betrayed me/ caused such pain and humiliation/ i did not want 2 feel 2 know."
Couric's interview with Collins was the actor's first sit-down since TMZ leaked a 2012 recording this past October. The voice, purportedly Collins, speaks on his inappropriate contact with minors during a therapy session with his estranged wife Faye Collins. Just last week, he confessed that he had taken advantage of a 10-year-old girl in 1973.

"Forty years ago, I did something terribly wrong that I deeply regret," Collins, 67, wrote in his statement to People. "I have been working to atone for it ever since."
O'Donnell also wasn't too thrilled with how Couric conducted the interview, and criticized the journalist for not asking the hard-hitting questions. "I was sure she was gonna do 2 him/ what she did 2 Sarah Palin/ hit him with his truth," O'Donnell writes. "Right between the eyes/ expose him for who he was/ 'what newspapers do u read Sarah?'/ she saved us all then/ this time/ she didn't."
