Snapping a close-up shot of her lips and cleavage, Miley's latest Instagram pic greatly resembles the cover for the Keeping Up with the Kardashian star's selfie photo book, Selfish.

That being said, the 22-year-old entertainer made no mention of Kim when she posted her sexy selfie. "Do yiew tink if I push muah titties up I'll get mo followahhhzzzz?" she wrote, adding the hashtags and handles: "#shouldigrowmyhairout? #koomkoomquah @derrellbullock @twinkleswinkle @adamleber @anderssonjj @chelseahandler @baddiewinkle"
While it's unclear if Miley was taking aim at Kim, she did make a quick quip about her own transformation in another Instagram post on Wednesday. Sharing an image from her Hannah Montana days next to a current selfie, the "Wrecking Ball" singer wrote: "Who the? What the?"
