It's been a big couple of days for the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
On Sunday, it was revealed that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting baby No. 2 after a long struggle to conceive, and on Monday, Caitlyn Jenner made her first appearance in a Vanity Fair photo shoot.
ET caught up with Kim at the Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards in New York City on Monday as she made her first red carpet appearance since her pregnancy announcement.

"Hopefully this time I don't get preeclampsia. Hopefully, this time, I just have a healthier pregnancy," North West's mom said, referring to when she was diagnosed with the potentially life-threatening medical condition during her first pregnancy. "I'm just going to try to enjoy it."
Kim also opened up about Caitlyn's Vanity Fair cover, which has taken the world by storm.
"It was so beautiful," she said, smiling. "I actually went to the shoot, and that was my first time meeting Caitlyn. She's beautiful, and I'm so proud that she can just be her authentic self. I guess that's what life is about."
