For the 'Girls' star, the hit ABC reality dating show holds a very special place in her heart.

For Allison Williams, The Bachelor will always play an important role in her life.

The Girls star sat down with Chris Harrison on Monday's Bachelor Live, where she revealed that she "would not be married to my husband if it weren't for this show."

Williams, 27, explained that she met her husband, Ricky Van Veen, at a Bachelor viewing party, and he later popped the question at a Bachelor viewing party as well.

"We went to a weekly viewing party every week, and it was like a big group date, but with both genders equally distributed," Williams recounted.

She also went into detail about the circumstances surrounding Van Veen's proposal.

"Where the viewing party is, is at my friend Lee Eisenberg's house," Williams explained. "He has a couch where we always watch the show, and that's where Ricky proposed to me, was on Lee Eisenberg's couch."
