The Real Housewives of Atlanta star quickly answered both the fan and Cohen's question with a "yes!"
"Yes, I had my nose done again. Yes, I did," Leakes admitted. "Yes, because it was a real medical reason why I had to get it done again."
Like many people, Cohen thought she meant she had a deviated septum, but that wasn't the case.
"No. My cartilage was growing in my nose and my tip was touching the top of my lip. The tip of my nose was touching my lip when I smiled," she explained.
Leakes then opened up about the difference between her first and second surgery, which she said happened only 18 days ago.
"But I didn't get a full rhinoplasty the first time. When I did the first time, I only had my nostrils taken in on the sides, the very first time," she said. "This time I had more of cartilage moved around in my nose."
As the conversation continued, Leakes told Cohen that she only does surgery when she needs it, not just for fun.
"I always keep it very, very real. You can always ask me anything. I would never do my nose just for the purpose of doing my nose," the Glee alum said.
"Well, the last time you did your nose, it was just to do your nose," Cohen quickly pointed out.
"No, it wasn't just for doing my nose, it was because I didn't love my nose and I wanted to do my nose to make it more beautiful for myself," she responded.
Leakes also talked about people judging her for her appearance on social media without knowing the reasons behind why she changed her nose to begin with.
"First of all, educate yourself and get the reason why. But I'm also the kind of girl who'll give it to you straight," she said. "I got my nose done first of all because I can and I will, and I'd get it done again if I want to, OK!"
In the "After Show" portion of the program, Leakes, along with Vivica A. Fox, who was the other guest, chatted all about celebrity feuds, which Leakes knows a LOT about. Check out her second feud with the hosts of The Talk below.
