It's been over a year since Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton started dating, and yet they still can't keep their hands off one another.
The couple took Stefani's children -- Kingston, 10, Zuma, 8, and Apollo, 2 -- on a weekend getaway to Big Bear Lake, California, where they stayed at a local hotel and were joined by the songstress' brother and wife. While the night away was a family affair, Shelton and Stefani, 47, still managed to squeeze in some romantic moments.

An eyewitness tells ET that theVoice coaches were spotted "kissing and taking selfies" when they stopped off at a park on Monday before heading back to L.A. "They looked happy and loved up, showing a lot of PDA, hugging and kissing," the eyewitness adds.
If this is how these two act on a quick trip out of town, we can't wait to see what they'll do on Valentine's Day! Though from what Shelton told ET at the People's Choice Awards last month, he seems to be a spontaneous romantic.

"I think she knows it's going to be Valentine's Day, so I can't really surprise her with that," the 40-year-old country crooner quipped. "No, I'm kidding. I don't know. I'm one of those guys that's always last minute, like, 'Oh dammit. It's here, it's here!' Get some flowers or something. I'm not good at planning surprises when it comes to Valentine's Day, but we'll definitely celebrate."
"I mean, I won't forget totally," Shelton added. "I'll just forget until the last minute."
