Manzo'd With Children star Lauren Manzo Scalia and her husband, Vito Scalia, are officially parents!
The 28-year-old new mom took to Instagram on Friday, sharing a precious snap of their newborn daughter, Marchesa, swaddled in a hospital blanket.

Lauren cradles the sleeping newborn in the adorable pic captioned, "My Markie Girl."
Lauren's mother, Caroline Manzo, followed up her daughter's Instagram post by sharing another photo of the baby.
"Welcome to the world Marchesa Anna Scalia, our little Markie! Mommy and daughter are resting comfortably," the Real Housewives of New Jersey alum wrote next to a snapshot of Markie sleeping in Lauren’s arms. "'Grandma Caroline' loves you both beyond measure!"

Caroline has been "patiently" anticipating the arrival of her first grandchild, and it looks like she came ahead of schedule. On Monday, Caroline Instagrammed a photo of a then pregnant Lauren which she captioned, “One week from today - waiting patiently for this one to call and say it's time."

Now that she's finally here, the Manzo family can't stop gushing over the new bundle, sharing one precious pic after another.
Lauren's eldest brother, Albie Manzo, shared a candid of himself gazing at the baby as she lays in his arms.
He captioned the sweet snapshot, "& the world, turn it inside out."
Taking a slightly different route, Lauren’s brother, Christopher Manzo, posted a snap of the baby's footprint along with the lyrics to Jim Reeves' 1973 song, "Welcome to My World."
"Welcome home Markie, I love you," he wrote.

Lauren and Vito confirmed that they were expecting in an exclusive statement to ET last September.
"We are thrilled to announce that we are expecting our first child early next year," the couple told ET. "You will see our journey on this season of Manzo'd With Children, which we are so happy we get to share with everyone. Stay tuned on the gender! We can't wait to find out."
