Real Housewives of New Yorkstar LuAnn de Lesseps is denying tabloid reports that her marriage is on the rocks.
The reality star, who tied the knot with businessman Tom D'Agostino in January, released a statement to ET on Monday, sharing, "Tom and I are in love and marriage takes work. We are working on this together."

The 52-year-old RHONY star's comments come in response to a recent Page Six report claiming that their marriage "is struggling" and that they "got into a physical confrontation last week, with de Lesseps slapping D'Agostino in a fancy Manhattan restaurant."
Months before the couple got married, de Lesseps' RHONY co-star, Bethenny Frankel, presented her with evidence showing that D'Agostino had been spotted making out with another woman.
Their intense relationship drama was documented in the show's season eight finale. When de Lesseps confronted her future husband about his scandalous fling, the 50-year-old businessman blamed the incident on alcohol and said he didn't remember a thing.

Ultimately, she decided to try and move past the incident, explaining on the show, "I'm not going to let a kiss ruin the rest of my life. Who doesn’t make mistakes?"
Putting their problems behind them, de Lesseps and D'Agostino exchanged vows during a luxurious New Year's Eve wedding ceremony at the Brazilian Court Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida, where 250 guests -- including family, friends and several fellow Real Housewives stars -- celebrated their union before the ringing in the new year.
