Disney's Planes flies onto Blu-ray, DVD and 3D Blu-ray on Tuesday, and we've got an exclusive clip from the bonus features which explores the caring detail and research required to make a spinoff worthy of Disney and The World of Cars!

Disney's Planes is the comedic tale of Dusty (voiced by Dane Cook), a plane with dreams of competing as a high-flying air racer. Dusty's not exactly built for racing – and he's also afraid of heights – so he turns to a seasoned naval aviator (played by Stacy Keach) to learn how to take on the defending champ of the race circuit.
