Employees Go Undercover In New 'Undercover Boss'

Twin Peaks' CEO gets a waitress to go undercover to put his restaurant staff to the test.

The tables are being turned on Undercover Boss, and this time it's the employees going undercover. Three bosses who previously appeared on the show have now been given the opportunity to observe their workforce yet again with undercover employees who put their managers and staff to the test.

In this exclusive clip, Randy Dewitt, CEO and Co-founder of the restaurant chain Twin Peaks, gets one of his company's waitresses to go undercover at a different Twin Peaks restaurant than the one she works for, where she poses as a particularly difficult co-worker.

It's tough for Jeremy, the establishment's assistant manager, but despite all her bad behavior and poor work ethic, Jeremy keeps his cool and proves his value as an employee.
