Paris Jackson Covers Up All Her Tattoos at 2024 GRAMMYs: 'It Took a Few Hours'

The singer has over 80 tattoos.

Paris Jackson needed her dress to have a moment of its own for the 2024 GRAMMYs!

On Sunday, the singer/actress appeared that Los Angeles Crypto.com Arena, where she made onlookers do a double take -- as all 80 of her tattoos were nowhere to be found.

Instead, the 25-year-old's bare skin peaked through the cutouts of her black Celine gown. 

"It's just Celine, mama," the American Horror Story actress told ET's Nischelle Turner.  "It's all Celine head to toe with my own jewelry and covered all the tattoos."

She added of the process, "It took a few hours."

Covering up her look gave her the chance to try something new. 

"Well, I like switching things up," she said. "I love my tattoos, I love my piercings, I love all the body modification stuff, art, and also sometimes I don't want it to distract from the art that is the fashion I'm wearing. And it gives the dress it's own moment, you know?"

Jackson is set to have another moment with the music, teasing what's to come with iconic collaborator Linda Perry. 

"I haven't decided when yet but when I was on tour with Incubus, I dropped a single that I just did with Linda Perry," she said about the music that is set to follow their song, "Hit Your Knees."

"She's like my Aries twin flames so we want to keep working together," she shared.

She added, "I just like writing music. I promise it's that simple. The inspo is usually pain and love and the space between."

The 2024 GRAMMY Awards is on Sunday, Feb. 4, at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET and being broadcast and streamed live on CBS and Paramount+ from Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
