First and foremost, the reunions won't be on television. Instead, they will be taking place in the form of panel discussions at the ATX Television Festival in Austin, Texas in June 2015.
Also, and this one's a real bummer, the Dawson's Creek panel is technically a "writers' room" discussion. Meaning it likely won't feature any of your favorite cast members. Instead it will focus on the show's creator and writing team.
But let's be honest, it was the subtle, touching moments, the complex plots and rapid-fire Sorkin-esque dialog that we all watched Dawson's Creek for anyway.
Just kidding. It was all about the Van Der Beek. And don't even start with that Pacey nonsense. Joshua Jackson's real shining moment was when he fought crazy science monsters on Fringe. Meanwhile, Michelle Williams went on to get nominated for three Oscars.
As for the Gilmore Girls reunion, that's more in the vein of a real reunion. Lauren Graham, Alexis Bledel and creator Amy Sherman-Palladino will all take the stage for the discussion.
