While the rest of us have to endure 11 more days until we discover the fate of Jon Snow in Game of Thrones' highly anticipated sixth season, President Barack Obama has already been granted early access to all of Westeros' biggest secrets.

At Game of Thrones' world premiere earlier this week, showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss confessed during HBO's Facebook Live stream that Obama was gifted with early screeners.

"For both of us, finding out the President wanted advanced copies of the episodes was an 'aha' moment," Weiss revealed. "That was a very strange moment."

Weiss confirmed that they indeed sent over advance episodes to "the leader of the free world" despite the fact that HBO decided not to send any screeners to journalists or industry insiders.

"When the commander-in-chief says 'I want to see advanced episodes,' what are you gonna do?" Benioff added.
