Celebrity trainer and Hot Pilates founder Shannon Nadj shares her fitness advice for festival season and beyond.

Get hot — even before you hit the desert! Hot Pilates founder Shannon Nadj is helping celebrities like Shay Mitchell, Karrueche Tran, Shanina Shaik, and more get in tip-top shape for Coachella 2024 with a special workout program dedicated to the festival.

"Our classes are energetic, challenging, and motivating," Nadj tells ET. "The infrared heat intensifies and detoxifies your body from the inside out. Expect to leave drenched with sculpted abs, better posture, a juicy booty, and a strong, lean, and toned physique," she adds.

And having a specific game plan in place throughout April will help you as you prepare to head to Indio, California, to see Lana Del Rey, Tyler the Creator, Doja Cat, and No Doubt take the stage.

"A lot of my clients are usually getting ready for a tour, movie, or photo shoot, so having a deadline keeps them on track. Having a goal to meet is much easier when you have go-to instructors and workouts that keep you motivated," she explains.

As for the fitness guru’s current go-to method: "We will be emphasizing the breath and proper engagement of the core and booty. … Our workouts will emphasize detoxifying movement and recovery all month long."

She continues, "We will also have a few wellness experts pop in to guide us through self lymphatic drainage techniques as well as Dr. Stolberg’s Detox Tea and Wellness by Cindy G Bone Broth on tap before and after classes."

In addition to keeping up with a consistent workout schedule, Nadj believes a mind, body, and soul connection is key to maintain lasting results.

"A 360 approach is my way. … Transition from the heartier winter foods into more energizing meals that will support your movement. … I love to do a quick 10-day reset with 10 consecutive days of movement, heavy hydration, and elimination of alcohol, sugars, and dairy," she shares.

If that's not your thing, don't sweat it, the Pilates expert suggests simply finding what works for you.

"Reward yourself for showing up. Pick something that brings you joy and helps you stay motivated — perhaps a new workout outfit, a smoothie from your favorite juice bar, or a nice relaxing bath to end the day."
