Chrissy Teigen and Kim Kardashian West are keeping a distance from some back and forth between their husbands, John Legend and Kanye West.

West has caused a continuing stir after he posted his support for President Donald Trump, calling him his "brother." Among those critical of West's comments was Legend, who privately messaged West to reconsider his support of Trump, only to have West publish that conversation online.

But Teigen's only question on Thursday for Kardashian West was on the subject of dinner.

"@KimKardashian are we still doing dinner Friday or no lol," she posted on Twitter.

Kardashian West responded in the affirmative, but with a caveat possibly related to their husbands' online drama.

"Yes but maybe no phones 🤣📵📵📵📵😂," she responded.

Teigen and Kardashian West are good friends who frequently have hilarious back-and-forth quips on social media. Last week the two joked at West's vague assertion that “sometimes you have to get rid of everything," with both feigning worry that Kardashian West would be homeless. Luckily, Teigen had a solution: a bouncy house.

“You’re right. We are all screwed," Teigen wrote. "I still have the bouncy house from Saturday!! It’s a bed and a house in one.”

But there's still one more question for the upcoming Teigen-Kardashian West dinner plan.

"Can I bring my friend Scott Baio he’s super chill," Teigen asked, referencing the former Charles in Charge actor, who has been accused this year of sexual harassment and sexual abuse. He has denied the allegations.

Baio has also been vocal over the past few years about his support for Trump.
