David Beckham is getting some birthday love from his family!
The former soccer pro celebrated his 44th birthday on Thursday with his wife, Victoria Beckham, and their four kids -- Brooklyn, 20, Romeo, 16, Cruz, 14, and Harper, 7 -- by his side.
Victoria took to Instagram to document the special evening, sharing a video of her husband of nearly 20 years being presented a chocolate cake while out to eat at a restaurant. In the sweet clip on her Story, David even gets a kiss on the cheek from little Harper.
The former Spice Girl didn't stop there, also sharing four separate shots from the birthday festivities. In one pic, the 45-year-old model is holding hands with David.
"Happy Birthday @davidbeckham You are our everything xxx," she captioned the shot. "We love u so much x Kisses❤️"
She also posted a family pic, a sweet shot of David and Harper cuddling up and a photo of her three handsome sons.
David's kids also took to social media to express their love for their dad. Cruz opted for a cute selfie of himself grilling with David and Brooklyn, while Romeo shared a pic posing with his tongue out alongside Harper and their dad.
"Happy birthday dad I hope you have an amazing day ❤️ love you so much," Romeo captioned the silly shot, adding that he hopes his father had "the best day" in a second post with pics from the family dinner.
David certainly appreciated all the love, calling the celebration "the perfect birthday" on his Instagram Story.
ET caught up with Victoria back in February and she couldn't help but gush over her hubby.
"David is such a great husband, such a great dad and the most incredible business partner that anybody could ever want," she said at the time. "He really supports me in what I do."
