'Mama June: Road to Redemption' Trailer Shows Struggle Over Daughter Alana

In the new supertease for the upcoming season of the WE tv series, Mama June and Pumpkin butt heads over custody of Alana.

There appears to be a bitter battle ahead for Mama June Shannon and her daughter, Lauryn "Pumpkin" Shannon. In this all-new exclusive super tease for the upcoming season of Mama June: Road to Redemption, the pair butt heads over custody of June's daughter, Alana Thompson.

June is cleaning up her act and working hard to make amends with her family, but her daughters aren't as willing to forgive and forget.

"A full house is very stressful," Pumpkin, who is seen welcoming her son, Bentley, now 8 months, in the trailer says. "Especially with Alana getting older."

"And she's back piling on more drama," Pumpkin adds of June's return to her family's lives.

While June is rallying to have Alana stay with her in her new home, Pumpkin isn't letting go that easily.

"Alana can stay here," June tells Pumpkin.

"I'm her mama now," Pumpkin maintains.

And it appears that the stress is pulling the family in all different directions, as the trailer sees Pumpkin break down and Alana fight to stay with her sister.

"Alana is mine," June tells the cameras. "And I can take her back, any time I want."

"She can't do that, can she?" a frustrated Alana says before she's seen with her sister, consulting a lawyer about gaining full custody of the 16-year-old former pageant queen.

"You better get ready for a fight," June yells out to a frustrated Pumpkin.

"I could possibly lose Alana," Pumpkin tells the cameras.

See it all go down in the trailer below.

The clip of Pumpkin fighting for custody of Alana comes just one week after ET learned Pumpkin is soon to be a mom of four. The reality TV star is pregnant with twins and is due at the beginning of the summer.

Pumpkin and her husband, Joshua Efird, are already parents to Bentley and Ella, 4. TMZ was first to report the news of Pumpkin's pregnancy.

Pumpkin and Joshua got engaged in June 2016, and welcomed their first child together in December 2017. They got married in Las Vegas in May 2018.

The new season of Mama June: Road to Redemption airs May 13 on WE tv.
