Chloe Bailey made her debut as a solo artist, performing her new single ‘Have Mercy’ at 2021 MTV VMAs. The 23-year-old was introduced on stage by her sister and longtime collaborator Halle Bailey. The 2021 Video Music Awards aired Sunday, Sept. 12, on MTV.
