Derek Hough and his longtime girlfriend, dancer Hayley Erbert, are engaged! Derek announced the happy news on Instagram, writing in the caption, 'It’s only the beginning…the beginning of forever.' The couple had been dating for seven years before Derek Hough popped the question.
