Barrymore tells ET she's been sending Britney Spears 'words of encouragement' privately as the pop star's conservatorship battle plays out in the media. The actress turned talk show host says she wanted Spears to hear from someone who has been through their own journey to find freedom in the spotlight and to know she's not alone. Barrymore joined ET's Kevin Frazier and Nischelle Turner to co-host Wednesday night's broadcast from the iconic Paramount Pictures Studios in Los Angeles.
