When Elle shared an image of Selena’s magazine cover for its Sept. issue, eagle-eyed social media followers noted that Hailey had favorited the post. Mrs. Bieber previously caused a stir when she similarly liked Instagram posts featuring Selena in Oct. 2019, and in March earlier this year.
