Katy Perry Plans to Raise Her Daughter in a 'Different Way' From Her Strict Upbringing (Exclusive)

Katy Perry is celebrating the birth of her daughter and the release of her new album, 'Smile,' out Friday. The singer tells ET's Rachel Smith that she will be raising her daughter differently than she was brought up; Katy's parents were both Pentecostal pastors. Katy also says she will allow her daughter to dress up for trick-or-treating, which she was not allowed to do growing up.
