Matt Lauer's Ex-Wife Reacts to Sexual Misconduct Allegations (Exclusive)

Nancy Alspaugh was married to the former 'Today' show co-anchor from 1981 until 1988. She tells ET she was 'shocked' by the allegations and that she gave Lauer her 'support, 100 percent' after his firing. She says the Lauer family is 'just trying to hang in amidst the firestorm.'
